At Northfield Automation Systems, 2017 was a year filled with innovation and opportunities. We shipped and installed custom-designed equipment all over the world. This past year, we delivered to Vietnam, Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and throughout the United States. With all of this completed in 2017, NAS still enters 2018 with the largest backlog we have ever had beginning a new year.

Understanding Your Process
We are able to design a variety of process automation platforms to handle material at various stages of manufacturing, which allows us to provide a consistent interface and understanding of operation. As a result, process operators can easily work with Northfield Automation Systems equipment at various steps of the manufacturing process throughout the manufacturing floor. We make it a point to understand our customers’ material at various stages of sensitivity and constructions that require specific tolerances and handling at each process application.
Expanding Market Reach
Along with multiple web handling automation solutions, we are providing turnkey process solutions for a variety of web applications. We design and build atmospheric and vacuum environment platforms. Such turnkey systems include inspection, testing, lamination and panelizing from web. These solutions are for a variety of electronics, aerospace, automotive and medical markets.
