What is the coolest technology/technological gadget you’ve ever seen or read about (real or imagined)?
I have imagined that, in time, we could see a reverse counterpart to the microwave oven – a home appliance which would impart a fast cold to food and beverages. Heat is a form of energy, cold is not. Therein lies the challenge.
